This program started by visit local traditional market ( morning class ) to introduce you kinds of local fruits, spices, vegetables that we use in Bali the class also let you to meet the farmers and learn how they grow the rice and finally you will learn how to make some traditional menu ( vegetarian and non-vegetarian ) from authentic Balinese ingredients and recipes. All menu will made by yourself then you will savor the delight that you have for lunch or dinner.
